Smart Stabling Design for Comfort and Care
The facility includes two spacious stable buildings, each divided into four aisles. Every aisle contains twenty generous stalls of 4 by 4 meters. These stalls provide horses with a calm and private space to rest. Each aisle has its own tack room and grooming area, creating an optimal environment for horse care. To enhance equine wellness, solariums are also available.
For daily operations, ample storage for forage and dedicated parking for trucks and trailers ensures smooth logistics and efficiency.
Integrated Living Above the Stables
Above each stable aisle, sixteen modern apartments are located. These living quarters are ideal for riders and trainers who want to stay close to their horses. With stunning views over the facility, these residences strengthen the sense of community and convenience within the equestrian lifestyle.
Top-Class Training Facilities
The center offers two key arenas:
- A large outdoor arena measuring 100 by 150 meters
- A modern indoor arena of 30 by 90 meters
This allows for year-round training and competition, regardless of weather conditions.
At the heart of the complex lies a smartly integrated combination of a covered horse walker and lunging arena, designed to keep horses moving safely and effectively.

Above this central training area, the first floor includes:
- A fully equipped office space for management
- A cozy bar where riders and guests can unwind with coffee or a fine whiskey
