In the heart of the Netherlands, a remarkable project has come to life: a flagship professional training center for equestrian sport, designed with precision, vision, and functionality. This high-end equestrian facility accommodates 60 spacious horse stalls (4 x 4 meters), each directly connected to adjacent paddocks. Thanks to this clever layout, horses can easily walk outside per sector. The paddocks serve not only as turnout areas but also as versatile arenas for training, free jumping, or other uses.

Set within a serene, estate-like landscape, this training center is a destination for riders aiming for the top—whether they are ambitious young talents or seasoned competitors. It is also ideally suited for youth programs and educational purposes, providing an inspiring and well-equipped setting for the next generation of equestrians.
Where Architecture and Landscape Interact
The design integrates all elements into a harmonious whole. A stunning landscape jumping arena (100 x 200 meters) is embedded in nature, while a gallop track, large pastures, and a park-like setting reinforce the connection between horse and environment. Every pathway and paddock is part of a carefully considered plan that enhances both functionality and aesthetics.
Designed for Clarity and Flow
Efficiency is a guiding principle. The site features short walking lines, clearly separated clean and dirty routes, and fully integrated storage for hay, feed, trucks, and equipment—keeping everything neat and easily accessible.
Comfort and Hospitality for All
At the heart of the building is a spacious indoor arena (30 x 70 meters). On the upper level, 40 stylish hotel rooms provide comfortable accommodation for guests. A central viewing gallery encircles the arena, offering a calm vantage point to follow training sessions. From the restaurant, outdoor terraces, and spectator stands, visitors enjoy a full view of the action in a welcoming, elegant atmosphere.
